This application belongs to Insurco Portal LLC, and such terms and conditions can be amended at any time without prior notice. And your continued use of such application shall mean your acceptance of such changes, and your adherence to all applicable rules and regulations. Articles stated in this application are protected by law, for example without limitation to UAE copyrights and international treaties.

Such contents remain the property of Insurco Portal LLC, and any use of the contents is not expressly authorized by these terms and conditions and shall represent a breach to such terms and conditions, and a violation to copyrights, to the trade marks laws, and to other laws. In the event of damage to the application or the use of malicious programs that negatively affect the performance of the application or any other actions that do not comply with the principle of good faith, the permission granted to you to use the contents automatically ends, and you must immediately destroy any copies you've obtained regarding any part of the content.
You cannot use the application for any purposes that are illegal or prohibited by these terms and conditions. You also cannot use the application in any way that may harm, disrupt, burden or damage the application, or in any way that conflicts with any other party's use and enjoyment of the application. Insurco Portal LLC , in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to terminate your access to the application or any part of it at any time for any reason and without any justification whatsoever and without prior notice or any other notice.
Insurco Portal LLC is pleased to listen to its users and also welcomes your comments regarding the application and our services. Also, our company policy since its establishment allows us to accept or take creative ideas, proposals, or materials into consideration if they are consistent with the purpose of the application and accepted by us. Please send any remarks or constructive thoughts to enhance the application. Insurco Portal LLC, without limitation to the foregoing, has the right to use these submitted proposals without any condition or restriction for any purpose, whether commercial or otherwise, without compensation or obligation towards the proposer of those proposals submitted.
The information submitted by Insurco Portal LLC is subject to our privacy policy, and in the event of any contradiction between such terms and conditions and the said privacy policy, our privacy policy shall prevail.
With the exception of what is stated under the provision of ideas (above), Insurco Portal LLC does not claim ownership of any of the texts and other content that you send to Insurco Portal LLC using the social media tools that we provide to you (each referred to as "correspondence"). To clarify, one of the differences between correspondence and the other information you provide to us is that once a correspondence has been sent, it becomes immediately available to others. Examples include email, phone number, and any other data related to user access to specific insurance contracts that they are looking for.

(f) Non- participation of any attitude that restricts or prevents others from using or enjoying the application, or any acts that might expose us or the licensor, to any liability or damage of any kind.
By conducting any correspondence, you agree that the same is non-private and is not a registered property. And in the event you conducted any correspondence, you automatically grant or guarantee that the owner of its contents has explicitly granted a permanent license, not restricted by property rights, irrevocable, non-exclusive and includes in place in the world, and he/she may use the correspondence or create works derived therefrom, re-copy, amend, publish, execute, translate, distribute, or propose the same by any tools, media, in any form, formula or any forum that is currently known or is under development in the future. And Insurco Portal LLC shall not bear any responsibility or any legal responsibility against the users for the implementation or non-implementation of such activities.

(b) investigate any allege concerned with the non-adherence of such correspondences to these terms and conditions, and to determine whether it should be deleted or request the deletion thereof as per its absolute discretion,
(c) deletion of the abusive or illegal correspondences or boycotting the subject of the dialogue, outdated, or other correspondences that don’t comply to such terms and conditions,
(d) terminate the access of any user to any or all parts of the application in the event of a breach of such terms and conditions,
(e) monitoring of any correspondence, amendment or disclosure thereof, or
(f) amendment or deletion of any correspondence published on the application, notwithstanding, whether such correspondence constitutes a breach to such terms and conditions or not.
All or any of the promotional offers advertised on this application shall be considered void once banned, and it shall be subject to the publication of any official rules regulating such offers or promotional offers.
The following provisions shall apply to the users of Insurco Portal LLC's mobile application (each hereinafter referred to as "The Application"), and neither Apple nor Google bear any responsibility for our application.

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the application is a “licensed application” as defined in the end-user license agreement for the licensed application Apple, Inc , while Insurco Portal LLC is the “application provider” As defined in the End User License Agreement for the Licensed Application Apple, Inc. You are not entitled to use the application or, otherwise, export or re-export it, except in cases permitted by UAE law.
For example without limitation to, exporting or re-exporting of the same, by using this application you agree that you will not use the application for any purposes prohibited by UAE law.
Use of the application or the contents is at your own risk. The content in this application may include technical inaccuracies and typographical errors, including but not limited to inaccuracies regarding the rates, fees, or availability applicable to your transaction. Insurco Portal LLC does not bear any liability or legal liability for such errors, inaccuracies or omissions, nor does it bear any obligation towards information affected by these errors, inaccuracies or omissions. You hereby waive any and all claims, lawsuits, or rights that allow you to submit those claims or lawsuits arising from the application, the correspondences, these terms, and conditions, or what pertains to them after one (1) year from the first time of the occurrence of that type of The lawsuits, events, circumstances, or omissions upon which the claim or lawsuit is based.

Insurco Portal LLC shall reserve its right in rejecting the service, close the accounts, remove the contents , amendment thereof , or cancellation of the requests and orders upon its absolute discretion.
You hereby agree to defend Insurco Portal LLC,, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and its partners, indemnify them and pay damages for them during and against any claims, claims, demands, obligations or settlements of any This includes, without limitation to, accounting expenses and reasonable legal fees arising or allegedly arising from your violation of these terms and conditions.

In the event that any court of jurisdiction deems the nullity of any of these terms and conditions, the invalidity of this provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions, and will remain in full force and effect. Any waiver of any of these terms and conditions will not be considered a continuous or additional waiver of that provision or condition or any other provision or condition.
If you believe that any correspondence, ideas submitted, or other materials that can be accessed or through the application that violates your copyright, then you may request that these materials be removed (or access to them) removed from this application by contacting Insurco Portal LLC (at the address specified below) and provide the following information:
1. Define the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed. Please describe the work and include a copy of a licensed version of the work or website address of the same.
2.A definition of the submitted proposal that you believe is violating and its address. Please describe the submitted proposal and provide us with its URL or any other relevant information that allows us to locate the submitted proposal.

4. A statement stating that you have a good faith belief that the complained use of the work, is neither authorized by the copyright owner, his agent, nor the law.

2. Insurco has the rights to make any changes to the program mechanism, members ’benefits, or the application’s terms and conditions, with or without prior notice.
3. The confidentiality of personal information is important to us, and Insurco application does not collect and store any personal information about people who visit the application, with the exception of voluntary information such as the e-mail address or data in the customer register.
4. When you use Insurco application services or send an e-mail message to us, you are communicating with us electronically, and we will communicate with you electronically through the available means or via voice communication, as you agree to all agreements, notifications and other correspondences.
5. All the contents included in the Insurco app (such as text, graphics, logos, symbols, pictures, audio clips, digital downloads, or data components) are the property of the Insurco app or its content providers, and are protected by local laws, copyright international laws, copyright and Databases' rights.
6. You may need to use your Insurco account in order to use certain Insurco services.
7. We reserve the right to refuse to grant the service, close accounts, or delete or edit content if you violate the applicable laws, these terms of use, or any other applicable terms and conditions, guidelines, or policies.
8. Insurco application is not responsible in the event of any dispute between the two parties (the client and the brokerage firm) in any of the insurance procedures, and the responsible authority in the United Arab Emirates is referred to.
9. In Insurco app, we are doing our best to ensure the uninterrupted availability of services. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be fully guaranteed. In addition, your access to Insurco services may be suspended or banned from time to time to allow for some repairs or maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. However, we will work to reduce the frequency and duration of that suspension or ban.
10. These conditions have been considered by Insurance Authority in United Arab Emirates.
11. When you use the Insurco application, you may also be using the services of one or more third parties, such as wireless communication companies or mobile platform providers. Your use of these third-party services may be subject to the policies or terms of use, imposed by these third parties.
12. All the brokers contracting with Insurco are authorized by the Insurance Authority in the United Arab Emirates.
13. The client is responsible of the information provided by him/her to the broker companies in the Insurco app. or in the electronic app.
14. If you use one of the application services or the electronic application, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old, and you must provide correct and accurate information (including name, ID / Residency number, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number, some vehicle information (form/customs card, a valid driving license for use in the state and other details) as required. As stipulated by the laws.
15. We reserve our right in rejecting the service, close accounts, and cancellation the requests as per our discretion.

I hereby confirm to that the information contained in this form and any attachment hereto is true. I will inform Insurco and Al Redha Insurance Brokers LLC in of any subsequent changes to the information provided herein/attached hereto.
